B2C in China

As I said in my first blog "C2C in China", this time, I'm gonna talk about "B2C" in China. B2C is a type of online retail that customer buy things directly from business. Actually, there are certain amount of B2C in eBay although eBay is a C2C platform. I'm not very familiar with Australian online B2C retails. Crazysales, topbuy, dealsdirect and oo.com.au are the only 4 I used.

Take Crazysales as an example, I bought 7 different items from them. The quality of some items is not very good. I got a dicer and chopper set month ago. It broke the 2nd time I used it. I was very disappoint and asked for refund. Fortunately, the after service is good and I got full refund.

There're several famous online B2C in China. 360buy, Vancl, Tmall, Jumei, Dangdang, Amazon.cn and so on. Vancl and Jumei are a bit different from others.

Vancl was very big when it first come out. It sells good quality and simple style cloths in the beginning. And you can return it and get full refund for free if you don't like what you bought for any reason. It is very attractive as one major issue of buying cloths online is you cannot try it. Vancl is the first one who made it possible for cheap price and trying first at the same time.

Jumei is actually a group buy B2C online retail. It sells beauty and health products only at a really cheap price and of course the authenticity is guaranteed. For small brand, the discount sometimes could be 85% off and for big brand, if you're lucky, it could be 70% off or more.

I'm not sure if there are similar online retail in AU, share with me if you know =)
